The reporter learned from the Ministry of culture and tourism that the Ministry of culture and tourism recently issued a reply on agreeing to carry out the pilot work of using insurance to pay tourism service quality deposit in Beijing, Tianjin, Hunan Province and Gansu Province, and agreed to the pilot work plan of tourism service quality deposit submitted by the four cultural and tourism departments (bureaus). Support travel agencies to actively respond to business difficulties, effectively reduce operating costs, and promote the comprehensive recovery and high-quality development of travel agencies.
Previously, the Ministry of culture and tourism has approved the pilot work of using insurance to pay deposit for tourism service quality in 10 provinces including Hainan, Shandong and Shanxi.
