Sichuan Crun Co.Ltd(002272) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the term of office of the Fifth Board of supervisors is about to expire. In order to successfully complete the general election of the board of supervisors, according to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the company held the fifth and fifteenth employee congress by OA voting on February 21, 2022, which was presided over by Ms. Liu Li, chairman of the trade union, A total of 106 employee representatives participated in the meeting, and the meeting met the requirements of relevant regulations.
