Announcement on the resignation of the Secretary of the board of directors of the company

The board of directors of Guangdong Homa Group Co.Ltd(002668) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the resignation letter submitted by Mr. Duan Zhu, Secretary of the board of directors of the company. Mr. Duan Zhu applied for resignation as secretary of the board of directors of the company due to personal physical reasons. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company and its subsidiaries. According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Mr. Duan Zhu’s resignation application shall take effect from the date when it is served on the board of directors of the company. As of the date of disclosure of this announcement, Mr. duanzhu did not hold shares of the company. The resignation of Mr. Duan Zhu will not affect the normal progress of relevant work of the company.
