China Tungsten And Hightech Materials Co.Ltd(000657) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the letter on replacing the sponsor representative from the sponsor institution China Merchants Securities Co.Ltd(600999) (hereinafter referred to as ” China Merchants Securities Co.Ltd(600999) “). Mr. Hu Yu, the original representative of continuous supervision and recommendation, is no longer responsible for the recommendation of continuous supervision of the company’s non-public offering of shares in 2018 due to job changes. In order to ensure the orderly progress of continuous supervision, China Merchants Securities Co.Ltd(600999) appointed Mr. Wang Jingtao (see the attachment for resume) to take over his continuous supervision and perform the responsibility of recommendation.
After the change of the sponsor representative, the sponsor representatives of the company’s non-public offering of shares are Mr. Liang Shi and Mr. Wang Jingtao. The continuous supervision period is until the end of the continuous supervision obligations stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
