Announcement on resignation of chief risk officer

The board of directors of Northeast Securities Co.Ltd(000686) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received a written resignation report from Mr. Wang Anmin on February 23, 2022. Due to job change, Mr. Wang Anmin applied to resign as the chief risk officer of the company; After his resignation, he continued to serve as the vice president and chief information officer of the company, as well as the supervisor of the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Dongzheng RONGTONG Investment Management Co., Ltd., the supervisor of Dongzheng Rongda Investment Co., Ltd., the director and chief information officer of Dongzheng Ronghui Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Wang Anmin does not hold shares of the company.
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of the articles of association, Mr. Wang Anmin’s resignation application shall take effect from the date when it is delivered to the board of directors of the company.
