The board of directors of Aerospace Hi-Tech Holding Group Co.Ltd(000901) (hereinafter referred to as "the company") recently received a written report submitted by Mr. Feng Guoxin, deputy general manager of the company. Mr. Feng Guoxin resigned as deputy general manager of the company due to job transfer. Mr. Feng Guoxin resigned as the deputy general manager of the company and no longer held other positions in the company. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Feng Guoxin and his spouse did not hold the company's shares.
According to the relevant provisions of the company law of the people's Republic of China and the articles of association, Mr. Feng Guoxin's resignation report will take effect from the date when it is delivered to the board of directors, and his resignation will not affect the normal production and business activities of the company.
