105 real estate units of Shimao Shenzhen Shenzhen Hong Kong project have been released from seizure, with a total sales record price of 1.159 billion

According to the relevant information disclosure report released by CITIC Trust today, due to the construction contract dispute, the three companies of the Third Bureau of China construction had previously applied for property preservation measures, resulting in the judicial seizure of 178 properties of Shimao Shenzhen Hong Kong International Center project, with the corresponding total sales record price of 2.093 billion yuan and the subject matter of the litigation case of about 220 million yuan. As the value of the sealed up property exceeded the amount of the subject matter of the case, Shenzhen Shimao applied to the local court for lifting the property preservation measures of the over sealed houses. Shenzhen Longgang District People's Court issued a "civil ruling" on February 21, lifting the seizure of 105 of the properties, and the total sales record price of the apartments released was 1.159 billion yuan.
