According to the agreement, The voting rights of 93000000 shares of the company held by Xia Chuanwu (accounting for 16.12% of the total share capital of the company) will no longer be entrusted to Shenzhi city. Since the effective date of the agreement, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company have been changed to Xia Chuanwu.
