Guangzhou Fangbang Electronics Co.Ltd(688020) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the second meeting of the third board of directors on Friday, February 18, 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on the appointment of senior managers of the company, and now the relevant information is announced as follows:
According to the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the board of directors of the company agreed to appoint Mr. Su Zhi as the general manager, Ms. Li Dongmei as the deputy general manager, Mr. Gao Qiang as the chief technical officer, Mr. Wang ZuoKai as the Secretary of the board of directors and Mr. Hu Gensheng as the financial director of the company. Among them, Mr. Wang ZuoKai has obtained the qualification certificate of Board Secretary of science and Innovation Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange, and his qualification has been examined and approved by Shanghai Stock Exchange. The above-mentioned senior managers meet the qualifications specified in the company law and other laws and regulations, and their term of office expires on the date of expiration of the term of office of the third board of directors.
The independent directors of the company have expressed their independent opinions on the appointment of the above senior managers.
