Investor relations activities (1) the company’s products are mainly detection instruments. What are the main contents of the core technology in addition to sensors?
A: the relevant application scenarios reflect the demand for fragmentation, so the company has been constantly enriching its product line. In this process, the relevant technologies of pumps and valves have gradually formed a system and become one of the company’s core competitiveness in the industry. In this regard, we have taken the lead in realizing a breakthrough in the whole industry. For example, we have just released the technical advantages of 60MPa (2) company. Why do foreign enterprises not have them? A: pressure and temperature detection has a global scale of 10 billion + and is regarded as a subdivided crack market as a whole. When the company was first established, there were many companies with a scale of 30-50 people in the world. After that, the overseas market was gradually integrated by large group companies. Under the bonus of Chinese engineers, the company has invested a lot of R & D energy in product iteration, which has completely opened the gap with other Chinese companies, while foreign competitors have missed this bonus period and accumulation period, and have no strong motivation to develop new products. Before Yanqing production line is officially put into operation, in view of the limitations of site cleanliness, we will cooperate with Chinese institutions on some hundred grade packaging. At the same time, we are also carrying out the vertical product of the sensor – field instrument at the same time, and the progress is fully in line with expectations. (8) What are the main technologies of pressure sensors? Are the technical barriers high? A: in terms of commercialization, silicon piezoresistive has more advantages. At present, there has been a new breakthrough in the application of monocrystalline silicon piezoresistive technology. The international leading enterprises have restarted the relevant layout. According to our verification, the relevant technical route can fully meet our design index requirements. Sensors mainly involve design, chip manufacturing, packaging and evaluation. Because of the differentiated application scenarios, the understanding of the application scenarios determines that the overall positioning design of the sensor is the first barrier, otherwise one step is wrong; The second is the process. Different from the advanced process required by the core of chip semiconductor devices, the chip size of MEMS pressure sensor is mostly 0.5 microns, and the product has very high requirements for depth width ratio. The process technology is the core of the sensor, and the whole manufacturing process is a core knowledge box, which is very similar to instruments and meters. (9) What is the mode of cooperation between the company’s MEMS project and Germany? Will the sensors be used for their own use or sold out in the future? A: at present, the company is jointly designed with the German team and finished the flow film abroad. After the product is formed, the intellectual property rights belong to the company. The core process is about a batch in the first half of the year. After the packaging test is carried out synchronously in China, it is made into vertical products such as pressure sensors and pressure transmitters. The input target of the pressure sensor is to control the cost within $35, and a small part of the subsequent sensors in the later stage of the project will be supplied to the outside world. At present, the company’s team of vertical products such as pressure transmitters has been developing at the same time. The purchased sensors with the same standard will be used first, and relevant samples will be available at the end of the year.

A: the scale of Chinese companies such as Gaohua, Mike and wotian is good, but at present, no enterprise can achieve the standard level, and the process and materials are limited.
(11) Has the company considered high temperature pressure sensors?
A: high temperature pressure sensors are mostly used in aerospace application scenarios, but they are relatively more subdivided and the development cost is high. Several national aeronautical research institutes have developed in relevant fields, and the company has not entered the plan at present.
(12) What is the mode of Mingde software? Does the company and Mingde software have a clear cooperation plan and how to achieve collaboration?
A: Mingde has formed its own advantages in this subdivided field of deployed detection software. It is strong in the deployment of head verification institutions and relatively weak in the enterprise end. Large scale will be the focus. First of all, the overall market space of the platform mode of software and hardware can be imagined to be larger. In the first step, Mingde’s software will be integrated with the company’s testing products into a smart laboratory platform scheme, and the company will also seek cooperation for subsequent application in instrument companies with predictive scenarios and other relevant parameters, Provide customers with overall solutions; Secondly, it will rely on the technical accumulation and personnel advantages of Mingde software to develop enterprise side services through lightweight SaaS products.
