The company’s external guarantee plan in 2022 is mainly required by its wholly-owned subsidiary to provide after-sales guarantee for customers in the process of selling machinery and equipment, so as to obtain bank credit and daily operating working capital loans, which is conducive to the steady operation of the company’s production, operation and marketing; The guaranteed parties are all wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company, and the company can effectively monitor and manage their production and operation; The guarantee risk involved in the guarantee plan is controllable and will not damage the interests of the company’s shareholders, especially the minority shareholders.
