Announcement on re recognition of high-tech enterprises

Shenzhen Yhlo Biotech Co.Ltd(688575) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the certificate of high tech enterprise jointly issued by Shenzhen Science and technology innovation Commission, Shenzhen finance bureau, State Administration of Taxation and Shenzhen Taxation Bureau. The certificate number is gr202144201396. The certificate was issued on December 23, 2021 and is valid for three years.
This recognition is a re recognition after the expiration of the original high-tech enterprise certificate of the company. According to the enterprise income tax law of the people’s Republic of China and relevant national tax policies, the company can continue to enjoy the national preferential tax policies for high-tech enterprises for three consecutive years (i.e. 2021-2023) from the year when it is recognized as a high-tech enterprise, that is, the enterprise income tax is paid at the tax rate of 15%. The recognition of high-tech enterprises this time will not affect the company’s currently applicable preferential policies for enterprise income tax and will not have a significant impact on the company’s operating performance.
