Announcement on the general election of employee representative supervisors
The company and all members of the board of supervisors guarantee that the information disclosed is true, accurate and complete without false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
Shenzhen Asia Link Technology Development Co.Ltd(002316) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the term of office of the Fifth Board of supervisors expires, and the board of supervisors of the company needs to be elected. According to the relevant provisions of the articles of association, the board of supervisors of the company is composed of three supervisors, including one shareholder representative supervisor and two employee representative supervisors. The employee representative supervisors in the board of supervisors shall be democratically elected by the employees of the company.
On February 18, 2022, the company held a staff representative meeting in the company’s conference room. After democratic election by the staff representative meeting, Mr. Qi Xuan and Ms. Zhao Na were elected as the staff representative supervisors of the sixth board of supervisors of the company. See the appendix for the resume of the staff representative supervisors. Mr. Qi Xuan and Ms. Zhao Na, together with Mr. Yuan Xunming, a shareholder representative supervisor elected by the company’s second extraordinary general meeting in 2022, form the sixth board of supervisors of the company. The term of office is three years from the date of election and adoption by the general meeting of shareholders.
The number of supervisors who have served as directors or senior managers of the company in the last two years does not exceed half of the total number of supervisors of the company; The number of supervisors nominated by a single shareholder does not exceed half of the total number of supervisors of the company.

1. Mr. Qi Xuan: born in 1990, Chinese nationality, without permanent residency abroad, master of international finance. He once worked in Beijing Aiyi Xinrong Capital Management Co., Ltd. and rose Holding Co., Ltd., once served as a director of Asia Union Investment (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Yugao credit (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., and now serves as a supervisor of Guangzhou Asia Union Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Qi Xuan joined the company in June 2019 and now serves as the supervisor and investment manager of the company. Up to now, Mr. Qi Xuan does not hold the company’s shares, has no relationship with shareholders holding more than 5% of the company’s shares, actual controllers and other directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company, and does not have the situations listed in article 3.2.2 of the guidelines for self discipline supervision of listed companies No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board. 2. Ms. Zhao Na: born in 1987, Chinese nationality, without permanent residency abroad, master of business administration. He once worked in China Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and is now the executive director and general manager of Shenzhen Pinghe Technology Service Co., Ltd. and the supervisor of Dalian Yalian Enterprise Consulting Co., Ltd. Ms. Zhao Na joined the company in November 2018 and now serves as the supervisor and deputy manager of the internal audit department of the company. Up to now, Ms. Zhao Na does not hold the company’s shares, and has no relationship with the shareholders holding more than 5% of the company’s shares, actual controllers and other directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company. There is no situation listed in article 3.2.2 of the guidelines for self discipline supervision of listed companies No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board. After inquiry and verification, Ms. Zhao Na does not belong to the person subject to execution for dishonesty.
