Vice president Wu Jianwei and assistant president Sheng Hongqing resigned

On February 18, China Zheshang Bank Co.Ltd(601916) announced that the board of directors of the bank had recently received the resignation report submitted by Wu Jianwei and Sheng Hongqing. Wu Jianwei resigned as vice president for personal reasons and Sheng Hongqing resigned as assistant president for personal reasons. The resignation has taken effect. After resigning, Wu Jianwei and Sheng Hongqing no longer held any position in the bank.
