Independent opinions on the forecast of daily operating related party transactions in 2022
It is verified that the purpose of daily operating related party transactions between the company and related parties is to ensure the normal production and operation activities of the company and promote the development of the company. Such related party transactions are carried out in accordance with the general market economy principle, and its pricing policy is to determine the transaction price with reference to the market price.
We believe that the proposal complies with the company law, the securities law, the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and other relevant laws and regulations and the articles of association. The pricing of related party transactions is fair, in line with the interests of the company and shareholders, and does not harm the interests of minority shareholders. When voting on relevant proposals, related directors evade voting in accordance with relevant regulations, which is in line with relevant laws, regulations and the articles of association.
