2、 Causes and claims of this lawsuit
(I) litigation facts and reasons:
Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group Co.Ltd(000061) Hunan company signed the product sales contract (No.: s20210913-3129) with the defendant Desen company in July 2021. The contract agreed that Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group Co.Ltd(000061) Hunan company provided rice, edible oil and products required by the demander to the defendant Desen company, and the price was sold according to the guiding price and sales policy of Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group Co.Ltd(000061) Hunan company, The payment for goods shall be paid to Hunan Desen company Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group Co.Ltd(000061) before October of the current month. If the payment is overdue, the fund occupation fee shall be paid to Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group Co.Ltd(000061) Hunan company from the date of exceeding the time limit, and the interest shall not be lower than the annual interest rate of the bank.
After the contract was signed, Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group Co.Ltd(000061) Hunan company provided edible oil with a total value of 2209460 yuan to the defendant Desen company from October 10 to November 3, 2021, and made reconciliation and settlement with Desen company on November 3, 2021.
