The board of supervisors of Qitian Technology Group Co.Ltd(300061) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report from Ms. Zhang Wenluo, the employee representative supervisor of the company. Ms. Zhang Wenluo applied to resign from the position of employee representative supervisor of the company due to work arrangement. After the resignation took effect, she still held other positions in the company. In accordance with the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Ms. Zhang Wenluo’s application for resignation as a supervisor of the company shall take effect from the date of reaching the board of supervisors, and her original term of office shall expire on the date of expiration of the current board of supervisors (May 15, 2023).
