(hereinafter referred to as “Jinjia Shenzhen New Industries Biomedical Engineering Co.Ltd(300832) technology”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Jinjia Group Co.Ltd(002191) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), signed the capital increase agreement of Yunnan Changyi Technology Co., Ltd. with Yunnan Changyi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Changyi technology”), Ma Tao, Liu Runchang and Zou you, Jinjia Shenzhen New Industries Biomedical Engineering Co.Ltd(300832) technology increased the capital of Changyi technology with RMB 15.75 million (of which RMB 2.692308 million was used to subscribe for the new registered capital, and the rest was included in the capital reserve of Changyi Technology). After the transaction was completed, Jinjia Shenzhen New Industries Biomedical Engineering Co.Ltd(300832) technology held 35% equity of Changyi technology.
