As soon as the construction started in the morning, Galanz’s major manufacturing units have fully entered the state of full production. At present, most employees have returned to work. At the same time, before Galanz Festival, the recruitment of new spring 2022 has been started, and dozens of technician posts have been launched for the whole society. The relevant person in charge of Galanz told the first financial reporter that at present, the biggest demand is the technicians in the microwave oven industry, with an estimated demand of 2100 people.
According to the statistics of the Department of human resources and social security of Guangdong Province, Guangdong, as the largest economic province in China, the largest province of employment and industry and the largest province of migrant workers in other places, more than 8 million migrant workers from other provinces returned home for the festival before the Spring Festival. It is expected that more than 90% of them will return to Guangdong and return to their posts from the festival to the Lantern Festival.

At present, after the sporadic outbreak of the epidemic in China, it can be controlled quickly, and the production of enterprises can recover rapidly, so every enterprise is relatively short of workers.
Facing the increasingly severe problems of “recruitment difficulty” and “post stabilization difficulty” in recent years, enterprises have taken countermeasures from the aspects of improving employee welfare and strengthening the training of internal talent team.

Behind manufacturing enterprises’ efforts to attract workers is the steady growth of production orders and the demand for expanding production and efficiency.
During the Spring Festival this year, the sales of Galanz household appliances increased by 20% year-on-year. In terms of foreign trade, Galanz’s orders increased by more than 30% in the first quarter of 2022, and microwave ovens, ovens, refrigerators and dishwashers increased rapidly. Among them, the shipments of independent brands that have been deeply cultivated for many years continued to rise, becoming the main force driving business growth.

Orders for Nanxing equipment are also growing steadily. Ms. Liu revealed that this year’s output value target is to increase by 35%. At present, a plan has been made and production is being promoted according to the plan. Similarly, fulikai’s orders have been scheduled to April this year. The current capacity constraints are mainly related to the shortage of manpower.
According to public reports, the Guangdong Provincial Department of industry and information technology visited the industrial economic operation of key cities and found that from the perspective of enterprise production scheduling, enterprise orders were stable and production arrangements were carried out in an orderly manner. At present, 70.2% of enterprises can produce hand-held orders for more than one month, of which 25.2% can produce hand-held orders for more than three months.
From the perspective of enterprise expectation, the production and operation of the enterprise is generally good. During the visit, nearly 90% of the enterprises expect good production and operation after the Spring Festival and the first quarter, and 89.8% of the enterprises expect flat or good production and operation after the Spring Festival.
Guangdong expands the scale of organized labor import
As enterprises resume work one after another and the demand for employment continues to increase, Guangdong Province and cities have come up with suggestions to strengthen employment security.
