Announcement on the departure of the company’s supervisors
The company and all members of the board of supervisors guarantee that the information disclosed is true, accurate and complete without false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
The board of supervisors of Oceanwide Holdings Co.Ltd(000046) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the written resignation report submitted by song Hongmou, the shareholder representative supervisor of the 10th board of supervisors of the company, on February 11, 2022. For personal reasons, song Hongmou applied to resign from the position of chairman of the 10th board of supervisors and shareholder representative supervisor of the company.
According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, song Hongmou’s written resignation report shall take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of supervisors of the company. After resigning from the position of chairman of the board of supervisors and shareholder representative supervisor, song Hongmou will no longer hold any position in the company.
