The procedure of appointing the chief financial officer this time complies with the relevant provisions of the company law and other laws and regulations and the articles of association, and the procedure is legal and effective.
After careful review of Ms. Jiang Han’s personal resume, work experience and other materials, it is not found that Ms. Jiang Han is not allowed to serve as a senior manager of the company as stipulated in the company law and the articles of association, and is not determined as a prohibited person by the CSRC. She has legal qualifications, meets the conditions for serving as a senior manager of a listed company, and is competent for her position, Comply with the relevant provisions of the guidelines for self discipline supervision of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board, the articles of association, etc.
In conclusion, we agree to appoint Ms. Jiang Han as the chief financial officer of the company.
