Announcement of resolutions of the first meeting of the seventh board of supervisors

The 7th annual general meeting of shareholders (hereinafter referred to as the “board of supervisors”) was held on October 2022. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the meeting of the board of supervisors of the company, after the proposal of the supervisor Mr. Yin Wenjun and the consent of all supervisors, the advance notice period of the meeting was exempted, and it was decided to hold the first meeting of the seventh board of supervisors of the company by means of communication voting on February 11, 2022. There are 5 supervisors who should attend the meeting and 5 supervisors who actually attend the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Yin Wenjun, a supervisor elected by all supervisors. The meeting was held in accordance with the company law and other relevant laws and regulations and the articles of association. After careful deliberation by the supervisors present at the meeting, the following resolutions were adopted:
The meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on the election of the chairman of the seventh board of supervisors of the company by 5 votes in favor, 0 against and 0 abstention. Mr. Yin Wenjun was elected as the chairman of the seventh board of supervisors of the company for the same term of office as the seventh board of supervisors.
Mr. Liu Wenyi, the former supervisor of the sixth board of supervisors of the company, left his post after this term change. As of February 10, 2022, the shareholding and share locking commitment of the outgoing supervisor Mr. Liu Wenyi are as follows: Mr. Liu Wenyi holds 37533 shares of the company and promises not to transfer his shares and new shares of the company within six months from the date of leaving his post.
