The announcement shows that the upper limit of the issuance amount of the current note is 1 billion yuan, and the issuance period is 3 + 2 years, with the option of the issuer to adjust the coupon rate and the option of investors to resell at the end of the third year. The note is issued from February 14 to February 15, 2022, and the value date is February 16, 2022.
Beijing Capital Development Co.Ltd(600376) said that of the funds raised this time, 300 million yuan is intended to repay the interest on debt financing instruments and 700 million yuan is intended to be used for project construction.
