Announcement on resignation of directors and executive deputy general manager

On February 9, 2022, the board of directors of China Merchants Property Operation & Service Co.Ltd(001914) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the resignation report of Mr. Xie Shuiqing. Mr. Xie Shuiqing applied for resignation from the position of director, member of the strategy committee of the board of directors and executive deputy general manager of the company due to work arrangement. After his resignation, Mr. Xie Shuiqing will no longer hold any position in the company. According to the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, Mr. Xie Shuiqing’s resignation application shall take effect from the date when it is delivered to the board of directors. His resignation will not cause the number of members of the board of directors to be lower than the legal minimum and will not have an impact on the operation of the board of directors and the normal operation of the company. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Xie Shuiqing did not hold the company’s shares.
Since he served as the director and executive deputy general manager of the company, Mr. Xie Shuiqing has been scrupulous and diligent, and has played a positive role in the standardized operation and business development of the company.
