Announcement on the progress of the transfer of some shares of the controlling shareholders and their persons acting in concert by judicial auction

On December 31, 2021, Meisheng Cultural & Creative Corp.Ltd(002699) (hereinafter referred to as ” Meisheng Cultural & Creative Corp.Ltd(002699) ” or “the company”) disclosed the announcement on the completion and progress of the transfer of some shares by judicial auction of controlling shareholders and persons acting in concert (Announcement No.: 2021-070), Hu Hongxiang, Shi Zhan Yao Tianci successfully auctioned 92086800 shares of our company held by Meisheng holding group (hereinafter referred to as “Meisheng holding” or “controlling shareholder”) through the public auction of Alibaba judicial auction platform on December 28, 2021. At present, the above 92086800 shares have completed the transfer registration procedures. This equity auction transfer resulted in the change of the company’s largest shareholder, the company’s largest shareholder was changed to Mr. Zhao Xiaoqiang, and the company’s control right was not changed. This auction will not affect the normal production and operation activities of the company. On December 31, 2021, the company disclosed the announcement on the completion and progress of the judicial auction transfer of some shares of the controlling shareholders and their persons acting in concert (Announcement No.: 2021-070). This equity auction transfer led to the change of the company’s largest shareholder to Mr. Zhao Xiaoqiang, who held 102866920 shares of the company, accounting for 11.31% of the total shares of the company. The control right of the company has not changed and will not affect the normal production and operation activities of the company. The company will continue to pay attention to the subsequent changes in the shares of the company held by Mr. Zhao Xiaoqiang and those acting in concert, and timely perform the obligation of information disclosure in accordance with relevant rules.
