The board of directors of China Minsheng Banking Corp.Ltd(600016) (hereinafter referred to as “the bank”) received the resignation letter from Mr. Ouyang Yong, assistant to the president, on February 8, 2022. Due to job change, Mr. Ouyang Yong applied to resign as assistant to the president of the bank. Mr. Ouyang Yong confirmed that he had no different opinions from the board of directors and the board of supervisors of the bank, and had no other matters to inform the shareholders and creditors of the bank.
