1、 Basic information of this change in shareholders’ equity
On February 7, 2022, Ms. Huang Sishi, the shareholder of the company, reduced 45659410 shares of the company through centralized bidding trading and block trading in the secondary market, accounting for 0.8551% of the total share capital of the company. After the reduction, Ms. Huang Sishi no longer holds shares in the company. In view of this, at present, Mr. Huang Hongyun, the actual controller of the company, and Jinke holdings, the person acting in concert, hold 973323344 shares of the company, accounting for 18.2280% of the total share capital of the company.
According to the relevant provisions of the concerted action agreement recently signed by Mr. Huang Hongyun, Jinke holdings and the company’s shareholders Hongxing Furniture Group and Guangdong Hongyu, the agreement will take effect immediately when the number of shares with actual voting rights of Mr. Huang Hongyun is less than or equal to 973323344 shares or the proportion of shares with actual voting rights of Mr. Huang Hongyun is less than or equal to 18.2280%, That is, Hongxing Furniture Group and Guangdong Hongmin will become the concerted actors of Mr. Huang Hongyun and Jinke holdings.
