The Spring Festival holiday is over. As an important part of consumption, how does tourism perform? Overall, the recovery of tourism consumption is less than 21 years. According to the data of the Ministry of tourism, the number of people who can travel during the Spring Festival has decreased by 7.3% over the same period of last year, which is 2.2% lower than that in the same period of last year; China’s tourism revenue reached 289.198 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 3.9%, recovering to 56.3% in the same period in 19 years, and the recovery level was 2.3 percentage points lower than that in 21 years. But there are differences between regions. For example, driven by the Spring Festival Gala program of China Central Television and the Beijing Winter Olympics, and without the interference of local epidemic, Sichuan has achieved a “good start” in the cultural and tourism market. Compared with the 654 key scenic spots included in the statistics in 21 years, the number of visitors increased by 12.41% and the ticket revenue increased by 14.74%. The recovery of tourism in Beijing affected by the epidemic was not as good as last year. The number of tourists received by 147 scenic spots monitored in the city decreased by 2.9% year-on-year, recovered to 81.4% in the same period of 19 years, and the operating revenue decreased by 5% year-on-year.
