Ms. Wang Jinyan, the former head of the internal audit department of the company (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), applied to resign as the head of the internal audit department of the company due to job adjustment. After her resignation, Ms. Wang Jinyan will hold other positions in the company. Ms. Wang Jinyan’s resignation report takes effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors of the company, and her resignation will not affect the normal development of relevant work of the company.
