Jiangsu Millennium Jewelry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Millennium jewelry”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fujian Ideal Jewellery Industrial Co.Ltd(002740) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), recently received the decision on tax administrative punishment issued by the third Inspection Bureau of Nanjing Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of taxation. The details are announced as follows:
Millennium jewelry issued a total of 194040717 invoices to two new energy Co., Ltd. in Jiangxi Province in violation of the relevant provisions of the invoice management measures of the people’s Republic of China The invoice of 62 yuan, the tax amount of 25225292.38 yuan and the illegal profit of 262803 yuan were confiscated by the third Inspection Bureau of Nanjing Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation and fined 500000 yuan.
This tax administrative punishment does not touch the major illegal compulsory delisting stipulated in articles 9.5.1, 9.5.2 and 9.5.3 of the stock listing rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (revised in 2022), and will not have a significant adverse impact on the continuous operation of the company. The company will seriously learn from this lesson, strengthen the control of subsidiaries and strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations.
