Announcement on resignation of non independent directors

The board of directors of Landocean Energy Services Co.Ltd(300157) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Jiang Yuxin, a non independent director of the company. Mr. Jiang Yuxin applied to resign as a non independent director of the company for personal reasons. Mr. Jiang Yuxin’s original term of office is from December 27, 2021 to the expiration of the Fifth Board of directors. After resigning from the above position, Mr. Jiang Yuxin will continue to work in the subsidiary of the company.
According to the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, Mr. Jiang Yuxin’s resignation will not cause the number of the board of directors of the company to be lower than the legal minimum and will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors of the company. His written resignation report will take effect from the date of serving on the board of directors. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Jiang Yuxin did not hold the company’s shares and did not fulfill his commitments during his tenure.
