Release of the list of the world’s most admired companies in 2022: Apple ranked first in the list, and JD Lenovo was shortlisted

Apple, Amazon and Microsoft ranked among the top three most admired companies for three consecutive years.

On February 2, Fortune magazine released the “list of the world’s most admired companies” in 2022. Among them, apple, Amazon and Microsoft ranked among the top three most admired companies for three consecutive years, while Apple topped the list for the 15th consecutive year.

As of the closing of the 2nd, the market values of apple, Amazon and Microsoft were $2.87 trillion, $1.53 trillion and $2.35 trillion respectively.

In the industry list, a total of 8 Chinese companies were shortlisted. Among them, in the list of Internet service and retail industries, jd.com ranks sixth in the global industry, and the Chinese enterprises jointly selected include Tencent, Alibaba and Xiaomi. In the latest industry list, JD ranked high in indicators such as “social responsibility”, “long-term investment value” and “product and service quality”, consolidating the number of units in the list.

Lenovo and ASUS were selected in the computer industry list. Among them, Lenovo Group was shortlisted again and jumped to the fifth place in the ranking of computer equipment industry. In this year’s selection, Lenovo Group ranks high in innovation ability, management, product quality and global competitiveness.

In addition, Haier Smart Home Co.Ltd(600690) was selected into the list of household equipment and furniture industry, and TSMC was selected into the list of semiconductor industry.

According to reports, this list selected 640 enterprises with the highest revenue in 52 industries in 28 countries from about 1500 candidate companies around the world, and was selected by a jury composed of more than 3700 enterprise executives, directors and securities analysts. The selection criteria cover nine indicators, including innovation ability, ability to attract talents, social responsibility and global competitiveness, reflecting the comprehensive competitiveness of leading enterprises in various industries in the world.
