On the 30th, the State Post Office issued a notice on the results of the 2021 express service satisfaction survey and the time limit punctuality test. According to the survey, in 2021, the overall satisfaction score of express service was 76.8, and the whole process time limit of express service in key regions of China was 57.08 hours, a year-on-year decrease of 1.15 hours.
The respondents included 10 full network express service brands, including Postal EMS, SF express, Zhongtong express, Yto Express Group Co.Ltd(600233) , covering 50 cities.
In terms of express service satisfaction, in 2021, the overall satisfaction score of express service was 76.8. Among them, the public satisfaction score is 83.7 and the time limit test satisfaction score is 69.9. From the perspective of service areas, the satisfaction scores of single service and delivery service of express service stations in rural areas continue to rise, and the effect of “express into the village” continues to appear.
In terms of the time limit of express service in key regions of China, in 2021, the whole process time limit of express service in key regions of China was 57.08 hours, a year-on-year decrease of 1.15 hours. The 72 hour punctuality rate was 77.94%, an increase of 0.83 percentage points year-on-year. From the monthly situation, except that the time limit in August, October and November has been extended to a certain extent, other months have improved year-on-year. Overall, after the severe impact of covid-19 epidemic in 2020, the time limit level in 2021 has been effectively restored.
