Eastcompeace Technology Co.Ltd(002017) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 12th meeting of the seventh board of directors on January 27, 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on electing the chairman of the seventh board of directors and members of special committees of the company.
With the unanimous consent of all directors, Mr. Wan Qian (see Annex for resume) is elected as the chairman of the seventh board of directors, member of the remuneration and assessment committee, member of the strategy committee and member of the audit committee of the company. The term of office starts from the date of adoption of this meeting to the date of expiration of the seventh board of directors.
